The Sertifi Agreement Platform will undergo downtime and maintenance to fully support the entering of multicultural characters for the signing, sending, and paying flows, along with user account creation. During this downtime, you'll be unable to access the Portal and signers and payers will be prevented from submitting anything.

Monitoring - Sertifi is continuing to monitor the status of emails sent via the Sertifi Portal using the Quicksoft email server. Emails sent from the Sertifi Portal between 12 a.m. and 3:24 p.m. will be delayed, but still get delivered to the intended recipient(s).
